We care for professional offices, banks and financial offices, real estate and property offices, and agreed non-clinical areas of medical and dental offices. Other commercial spaces can be considered after a walkthrough. We do not provide biohazard cleanup, medical-waste removal, or clinical sterilization.

We begin with a walkthrough because square footage alone does not show us how the space operates. We review the areas being serviced, their current condition, your priorities, preferred frequency, and any access requirements before preparing a clear proposal.

Yes, when our availability and your access requirements align. During the walkthrough, we’ll discuss when the facility is available and agree on a schedule that limits disruption to your employees, clients, or patients.
