For a move-out, we should come after the furniture and belongings are removed. For a move-in, we should come before the boxes arrive. An open space allows us to give the home the care it needs.

Why do we begin with a walkthrough?

Because square footage and pictures don’t tell us the whole story. We want to see the home, hear what matters to you, and prepare a quote based on what the space actually needs.

Does the home have to be completely empty?

Empty is best, but we understand that moving does not always happen perfectly. If anything will remain, show us during the walkthrough so we can be clear about what we’ll be able to reach and clean.

What can we take care of?

We can care for the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, reachable surfaces, fixtures, and the details revealed once the home is empty. Every home is different, so your quote will clearly explain what is included. Inside appliances can be added when needed.

What needs to be ready on cleaning day?

The belongings should be removed as discussed, and the home must have running water and electricity. We’ll also confirm how we are entering the property and how it should be secured when we leave.
